The DF is a blast to ride here in the mountains of WNC/ETN. It has enough juice.
Hey how tall are you buddy?

I would say 20-25% better by my own arbitrary metric. Bike feels much better moving from a stop thanks to the larger pilot (this is the best improvement. I didn’t think it was a big deal until now that I have felt the difference. Totally worth the $12 I paid for the kit. I’m thinking of trying out the 108 that came with the kit as well. Very pleased with the results so far!
Where did you happen to get the jet kit?

I bought a DF250RTG back in 2018 when I started this thread here in China Riders and kept it for several years. I had a problem with broken spokes in the rear wheel and bought some and replaced the broken ones. I checked the spokes on my new 2022 DF250RTG and they are all tight and are seated properly in the rear hub.

Actually 223 cc. It is a 165FMM engine.

Here I am adjusting the chain. A center stand would be nice!

[QUOTE=Barnone;338849]I have changed the rear sprocket to a lower tooth count or the front to more teeth on almost all my bikes in the past with satisfactory results. The DF250RTG seems to like the less teeth rear sprocket just fine.[/

How many teeth is the stock one

A search on this thread would give you many answers.
rear/front
38/17 is 2.23 stock
35/17 is 2.06
34/17 is 2.00
