Well you are pulling alittle more weight, but my pushrod could hold about 65 on the GPS. 70 on the top with a 45T rear. I have a 80lb weight advantage though.
Also was piped and jetted with a UNI pod. If you want to be able to offroad you need to keep the 50T. Allen

You can go smaller on the sprocket, My buddy is 300 plus LBS and My old Trailmaster pulled him with a smaller one. Wish I could remember the tooth count, But that was a long time ago.

K.....this is what I did to mine.........
Go to a 17 tooth on the counter shaft. Makes a world of difference. Put in an Uni double sock filter....do the slide needle adjustment, set your mixture screw at 2.5 turns out,....and most importantly (if a little noise is not an issue in your state), whack off that stifling muffler and put on a FMF TC2! HUGE difference! After these mods....even my China bike dealer was impressed! Snappy throttle response and a much better top speed.
