i have both the early and late model seats to choose from but i find the late seat is alittle to high (its about 2" highter with a flatter profile) to be comfatable for me. you can just see the differance in the seats if you compair the first pic and one of the last 3 in this thread.

I like the looks of the seat in the first pic. Mine is more like the latter pics and is like sitting inside a letter "V". Wonder where I could get one and if it would fit the HiBird?

Thta was the issue with my HSUN, which I think is the same bike. I dealt with it in part by upgrading to Q, but if I kept the bike I'd have brought the seat to an ulposltery shop to have the foam evened out and replaced with a better quality (firmer and more progressive) foam and the seat cover refitted. I bet it would cost less than $100, maybe much less.
