I think the 46 rear is a good starting point for what you want. It will put you right at 3.07. Then, if you want to go a little taller, try a 16 front, shorter then your 14 front. Going in either direction wouldn't require changing the chain links either as it's only a +1 or -1 front. That would give you a 2.88 and a 3.29 respectively. That's why I suggested the rear first.

So ordering the sprocket was a little more than I thought it would be. All the sellers were in Europe lol, finally found on on eBay, 45T. Can't wait to get it on and see the difference it makes.

Well I got the Mikuni on and what a difference, bike runs so much better. Smoother acceleration, no break up what an improvement.
Next I have to swap out the sprockets and see how she does on the road with the better gearing for street use. And yes I got rid of the choke cable, that little flipper on the carb is in perfect position to just reach under and adjust.

Totally agree the Mikuni upgrade was a great improvement on my hawk (110 pilot).

I kept the stock 15T front sprocket and changed to a 45T rear. I like it so far.
