S.t.....I got that same issue with my blaze bike, same as yours. These folks have said to bend the main jet or float down into the fuel "pool" to allow the main jet to be deeper in the fuel . idea is that it is sucking out the fuel too fast and is sucking air causing the heseatation. I haven't addressed mine since is is a rather minor nusience to me. Some of these racers / tuners may not like the sound of this but I will get to it one of the days. Hey BB, yeah work and life have kept me busy on other things but it's nice just to know the bike is there sometimes.
Regarding the hesitation i add two washers and is all butt gone now. The last issue is the stupid exhaust. Between having the muffler drilled out by the PO and the header leak is still very loud. Going to tackle that next.
