The adventures of barlow. One thing might check is your shift lever. Mine has loosened up in the 150 miles so give it a check. Seems a little fragile but I have been impressed with the overall quality of our bashans. I did have good looking oil in mine too and was completely full, like you, I dumped it and in with the Rotella Dino oil.

Probably not. There is likely a resistor in the spark plug boot to protect the CDI. You can unscrew the plug wire from the coil and measure it, if you're curious enough.

yes the plastic is weird but you get what you pay for right. Be gentle my friend. I plan on painting those big white "hips" same color as the rest of the bike. |

You're going to love the bike. The suspension smooths out real good after some miles, it rides better than my other bikes by a long shot.
I started into charouleau gap today.http://www.experience-az.com/adventu...ouleaugap.html The Storm did fine. It's almost scary how low of rpm it will chug. Then for some of the tougher hills, crack the throttle and power up. Suspension sucked up the bumps fine, and the dual sport tires actually dig in pretty good. |

That looks like an amazing riding area. I bet it is most inhospitable in July.
