Sorry for the late response! As W&G stated, seems a bit fat but may work for you. Check th plug after a while. One thing about the off-idle lean pop (hand barely on the throttle, just cracked). You may also be able to work this out by fatteing the idle mixture a 1/4 or 1/2 turn. I ended up setting my Rhino (167FMM) at 2.25 turns out (115/30 jets) and it stopped. Great throttle response now.

With the choke closed is hard to start, choke open it starts wright up.

Thanks,the bike running pretty good with no noticeable popping if it does I will adjust the idle mixture screw.

Hey Chuck, in the second pic (first page) with your new tires, is it me or does that front tire look backwards???

I went with the rotation arrow on the tire , I hope it's not a factory error.

Arrows work! Must just be the tread design then. As long as you can drag a knee in a corner, it's on right! :-)

its a common practice for the front tread to be "backwards". has to do with which rotational grip you need... for the rear, you want mostly acceleration grip, where as the front you want braking grip. make sense? also has to do with the direction of the radial construction of a tire... spin it fast enough backwards and it can come apart...
