That was difficult to understand, since Google doesn't do a great job of translating. My guess is that the three farmers who were jailed were converting foreign currency, and that's illegal for some reason.

The scene with the dogs in the fast-moving river was alarming for me!

Excellent idea to teach the dogs to retrieve plastic bottles.
