This is what I built for my XR250 Tornado a few years ago...
3mm Polycarbanate sheet.... polycarb is flexable can be bent...
DON"T use perspx when it bracks it has shards with sharp points.
if it bracks because you were thowen into it....well yer get the idea...

Did you heat the polycarb to bend it?

no it is very flexable... just like soft plastic...yer can

The shape makes it wind resistant. I don't know how well it holds its shape, just cold shaped, but Pete seems to have had success.

DIY winshield option on the cheap and easily removable.



Would need to get some poster board or thin card board to make a pattern.
