This is why I haven't done the head for other guys. To make it worth my while the bill would likely end up close to what a local professional race shop would charge, and they have the equipment to do proper seat grinds, etc.

I also think that even if a shop was located that could do a CNC program they would either require a minimum order to make it worth their time to write said program, or somebody would be paying a lot of money for one head. Then, assuming one was found that was reasonably affordable, it would still likely be more expensive than anybody here would want to spend, aka $400-500.

If I was retired I probably would do a few here and there. With a full time job It kind of hard to find the time. After a 50+ hour week my weekend are me time. I like riding and tinkering around with the hawk. That's my weekly therapy so I don't go insane. lol

But here's the real question, is the Brozz head the same as the CSC head as far as the better exhaust port? 🤔

I couldn't tell you if it's the same quality but can't be any worst than the Hawk head. Your going to be porting it anyway. It's just a matter of how much material you will have to take out. I know the TT250 head took less time to port than my Hawk head. Intake side was better too. It just took a little cleaning up on the intake side. Herbie may have some before pictures of his head that he can post.
