I went through nine pages on TB, but I couldn't find a complete cylinder head.
Another option is to rebuild your cylinder head using parts from a bike like Spud's. the cylinder heads are different, but I think the parts are the same. Search for LZX200GY-2 or ZS200GY-2. The ZS200GS has the exhaust port on the left, and Spud's exhaust port is on the right. If you found a complete cylinder head for Spud's bike, you could just strip the parts off of it.

Good to see it! Please summarize what you did from when you first posted 2 months ago. These bikes seem to always have issues, and it would be nice to have a post of what you did to ultimately fix it.
