Thanks Weld. I'm gonna keep this, it's the "newest' bike I have owned. I will look into the aluminum bars.
Maybe Doc can do a leg extension so my feet will touch the ground

Cleaned up, detailed, lubed and ready to go. Also shows the seat height difference.

Yes sir! Mrs. O says 'No more!"
I enjoy the heck out of getting them running to top form. Hard to say no to great deals, but I'll cool my craigslist browsing for awhile.

I bought a new 46 tooth rear sprocket to compliment the tractor pulls 56 toother. Found it for 26 bucks shipped from Scooterparts4Less.com. The dimensions and 428 chain size are the same, but I'll keep my fingers crossed that it'll fit.

I think the 46 is a good compromise.

Not trying to threadjack, but where could i find a 15t sprocket for my 163fml? Pretty sure i have a 17 right now, that would give me a good middle of the road since i do plan to actually dual sport it...first is pretty tall right now...LOL

I ordered it from Scooterparts4Less.com , they're in Cal. I got a personal email from Mr. Wong just a few minutes after I Paypaled him. He told me he had shipped it out already! I'll ket you know that it fits as soon as I get it. I think they carry the front sprockets as well that should fit the countershaft. Try the link below.

My brain sometimes! I remember Weld posting he had found JT sprockets on amazon.com. I don't remember the thread though.

Search the JT site, and then take that part number to the vendor of your choice. eBay is a good bet.

I'm pretty sure this is the one you need, but you'll need to measure to be sure: http://www.jtsprockets.com/catalogue/sprocket/JTF259

Once you find the correct JT sprocket, you can easily search the internet for vendors, and the best prices. The number of sprocket teeth gets added to the basic JT sprocket number to complete the sprocket's designation. Let's say you verify you need a JTF259 sprocket with 15 teeth.

http://www.jtsprockets.com/catalogue

Search the internet for "JTF259.15 sprocket," and you will get the following results.

https://www.google.com/search?q=jtf2...59.15+sprocket
