Nice! to be honest, I'm hesitant to drive at 60+ on the bike. It vibrates so much and buzzes everywhere and the handling feels unstable, it makes me want to slow things down before it flies apart.
If it had a fifth gear, I think that would help the most. I know some of the other bikes do have a fifth gear. Quote:

On my Vader I have the 26mm mikuni (Chinese copy) carb with a pod filter and a 105 or 110 (I cant remember) main jet. Needle clip moved down 1 slot. I haven't maxed it out but it cruses at 45mph in 4th gear around 6000RPM. I also have a 16 tooth front sprocket. Fastest spped i hit was 55mph. It was still accelerating but didnt push it past that. Also the 55mph speed was what the gauge cluser said. GPS said 53mph so i'm surprised how close the speedo actually is.

Another thing to remember, if the speedometer is off, so is the odometer. Today I rode the monster an indicated 116 miles, my actual GPS verified mileage was 103. I gassed up at 95.2 miles, taking 1.39 gal to fill the tank back up, which gives me 68.48mpg. Not bad gas mileage considering the bike had a 155 main jet and a major exhaust leak. I just replaced the damaged exhaust gasket and down jetted to a 120. I'll ride the same route tomorrow and compare my fuel economy.

Man, you put some serious miles on your cycle. I'm lucky if I can get 200 in one year. Granted, it's only limited use for me as I take a train to work.

I've had the bike on the road for about a month and I've put 731 actual miles on it. If the bike would do 65mph, I'd go for even longer rides. I road the same route today and gassed up at 96.3 miles, adding the 8.2 miles after gassing up yesterday puts the bike at 104.5 miles between fill ups. I put 1.36 gal in the tank today, giving me 76.8mpg. The route was a mix of urban sprawl and rural roads, and my riding style is beyond aggressive.

I have to see what my mpg is after all the modifications.
You have a tank capacity of 2.64 gallons on the little Monster. The Vader's tank capacity is 1.58 gallons. Really sucks. Quote:

I have hit 57mph with a 17t front sprocket while drafting a semi lol. But, my tune was very rich. I should go 60+ once I get the fueling correct.

It's about 1/8 short of being 3 gallons. The gas tank was my main reason for picking the monster over the Vader. I knew I would be racking up a lotta miles and I didn't wanna plan my rides around fuel stops, like I do with the Aprilia

I've hit 63 on my vader according to my speedo at 8k rpms the rev limit, my mods are vm22 115 main jet, high mount fake yosi, egr removed, head breather, 16t sprocket, I weight right at 200lbs the vader has a dc 4 pin cdi I love to find a replacement to take away the stock rev limiter any help would be greatly appreciated as I can't find a racing dc 4 pin cdi

I wondered if that one would work it has three pins and a ground I guess I pull the ground out of my plug and hook it up to that ground that or I'm going to order the 6 pin D.C. cdi and wire it up myself but for less that 15$ I'll try the one you posted first

Top speed
Mine will do 58mph. But ive removed the emissions garbage changed the carb, air filter both sprockets the chain. Headlights to halogen. Clutch cable, motor mounts. Changed the exhaust still needs a better intake. An many other various parts. Replaced an theard locked a lot of the nuts an bolts. I have nibbi carb an air filter. I recently rebuilt it an put about 400$ into. I have a 2020 boom Vader

Mine used to have a scary buzz over 7,000 with the stock 20mm carb and intake. I put on a 24mm Nibbi and hogged out the intake manifold with a die grinder to match the gaskets. No more buzz and pulls strong past 8500. With the cat out (yes, there is one in that thick spot in the pipe--found it installing the bung for the AF meter) and the carb jetted to 13.5:1 at full power, it runs 69mph in a full tuck on a 1/2 mile flat straight-away with a 17-tooth sprocket.
