X2 on all points. That's one of the best action photos I have ever seen. I'm glad you are okay. Did your GoPro capture the photo? If so, do you have video footage of the carnage?

Video was captured on a astak action pro, basically a go pro with more features and 1/3 of the price!
The IT490 actually make little power, but they make it a super low rpms and it is very smooth power. Its kinda like a peppy xr400

Interesting. I would have thought it would have been closer to a YZ490, which was sick. Until it blew up. Sounds like a vastly superior machine.

That's a cool video. Thanks for posting, WA. Where were you riding? That doesn't look like Alaska in March.

Thanks for the good information on the Astak action camera, WA. Here's a link to a nice video review of the Astak camera versus the GoPro.
Which Astak camera do you recommend? Also, do you mount the camera to your helmet? If so, what mount do you recommend?

I have the one in the video which works well, they have a new version out that I have not tried that looks like it offers several improvements. I have had mine mounted on the side of my helmet as well as on top. I prefer the top mount just because it throws the helmet of balance when it is on the side.
The video is from Montana where i am going to school

Do you own the Astak ActionPro CM-7200 1080p HD 5MP camera, or is that the newer version you talked about?

That was a great video.
I think the IT was intended as more of an enduro/trail bike. Engine tuned for like WA says.
