Depends how fancy you want to get. You can weld a small bung to the header and install a pressure gauge, but I can't recall the sweet spot number. I bet Google knows.
Another way is to simply uncork it and go for a ride. Keep an eye on the plug if you do that, because it'll be leaner. If your top speed increases, you freed up some horsepower.
