That really sucks. Maybe you can get one from a bike dealer?
Or order it from CSC http://www.cscmotorcycles.com/TT250-...HEEL-s/351.htm |

I'm going to do that today I have 3 major Motorsport dealers and 2 mom and pop repair shops within 10 miles. I'm going to try the mom and pop ones first.

Well long story short after 1 day of searching local nut and bolt suppliers and bike and moped shops. I managed to find a front axle bolt for my Brozz.
Yes i did file a claim with superior power sports BUT I Dont want to wait for the claim to ride my new toy. So if anyone else needs one it is a M11.8x265 axle bolt from get2itparts dot com I was skeptical since Ive never heard of a M11.8 Only a M12. But after calling them he did confirm the bolt is a 12mm OD bolt

And I managed to straighten the bent axle bolt with a hydraulic press enough so I can atleast move the bike around.
And damn if I'm not tempted to putt around my street. I'll try and keep myself busy until the new bolt comes in though

Good idea. That bolt is stressed from the bending both ways. While it probably would be fine, I wouldn't want my life depending on a stressed bolt...ARH

You did a bang up job straightening that. I think you'd be fine With using that bolt until the new one arrives. I've enjoyed out venture together. I'm still taking my time going over mine. Tonight's agenda is rear tube, more loctite(ing), drain Chinese oil, etc. May even get her fired up.

Got a call last night from Superior power sports they said my damaged parts should ship out Monday. Other than the miscommunication about the tracking number I am very pleased with them.

To get the seat off you need to remove the tail light then you can get at two nuts that hold the seat on

If it's like the Hawk seat you remove the single bolt from each side and pull the seat back and over the rear fender. Putting it back on is harder....

If it is like the Bashan Storm it will be similar. Remove the side panels and then you can get at the bolts for the seat.
