So it’s been a few days. How’s the bike running? Did you get new levers yet? I ordered some adjustable shorty levers and I hope they fit. I still haven’t received my bike but it is at the local terminal as of today. Just hoping for some updates now that you’ve had it for a bit! Thanks.

I don't have much to update yet as I'm waiting on the mso from gocartsusa. I have taken the carb off and played around with it because it definitely comes lean from the factory. I ordereded the jet kit from another member Nzbrakelathes and he us helpful in understanding the diverse models of pv30's. In the meantime the wifey has been putting around the neighborhood learning how to ride.
I can tell you that the spedometer does switch from km to mph and also has a bunch of backlight colors to choose from. So far it's been a nice experience and would reccomend this motorcycle. |

You have to remove the bolt from the shifter lever completely in order to slide it onto the shaft. There is a groove on the shaft that the bolt screws into.

I get that, it's the lever has to much material on the inside to let the bolt pass through on the gear where it is reccessed.

Bummer. Quality Control is definitely non-existent. That is probably a major factor in the lower prices. Looking at the photo again, the shift lever on my Brozz is the same.
