I'm just confirming Wayne that when you did this repair your quad was spinning over like the battery was fine it just wouldn't fire? ... or was it acting like the battery was dead right from the get go?

I'm trying to decide if I should buy a new battery or try this repair first..

Voltage is only half of the story. If you drop by tomorrow, bring the battery and we'll stick it on my load tester. Try to give it some charging time first if you can.
