One of those enduro style front disc brake plastic cover things off Aliexpress. Because somebody here said it would fit but I can't give them credit because I can't find the thread. Same brand and all as on Amazon but about half the price. Have to wait a bit for delivery though.

I ordered a DPP adapter plate for my Glock and a ADE Artemis red dot scope to turn into a race gun for my wife. My wife and I took up another hobby, competitive pistol shooting. I shot my first match on Father's Day and was the top shooter using iron sights, using a Springfield XD 40. I was disappointed in my shooting, but that's the first time I've shot in competition.

I was going to buy my wife a 9mm Canik today and turn it into a race gun, but her arthritic hands can't operate it.

front wheel bearings, and seals

Interesting crackling sounds coming from the front hub yesterday. Cut the ride short and headed home. One of the front wheel bearings is shot. So bought a pair of 6904RS sealed ball bearings.

Also a pair of tusk seals.

Templar front hub is identical to the venerable Honda CRF 250R (and CRF 150R, and CRF 450R) 2004-2018, so dimensions are 37mm OD, 20mm ID, 9mm thick.

Sadly, donated to a Go Fund Me for the family of a fellow ABATE member who passed suddenly from a heart attack Wednesday night. Only 52 years old.

On a more pleasant note, I picked up a new winter helmet today. Another Sedeci Sistema but the updated Sistima 2. I sprang for the Sena DWO6-PRO headset option. Listed for $400, on sale for $330. With my RPM discount, $297.

This is the best fitting helmet I've ever had. I have a highbuck Shoei for summer use that doesn't fit this nicely.

Oil pump bulb for my Remington/MTD/Yardman/POS electric pole saw and a 62DL chain for my 18" Mcculloch chainsaw. Both had some miles on them and met their makers today...in the middle of some major tree clearing.

Meh, I was pooped anyway.

Not sure why, but there is a universal law that if you leave a pot of PVC cement with the lid undone it will inevitably spill out...

So I ended up buying another pot of PVC cement...

This falls under Murphy's Law: Anything that can go wrong will go wrong.

It isn't just a Murphy's... There is something specifically attributed to PVC cement that will make it spill over...

I've dealt with Murphy's law and I tell you the PVC cement spill is on another level entirely.

I've practically danced around open paint tins, but if you so much as turn your back on PVC cement and surface prep, factors come into effect...

You must keep the cap screwed on between applications, failing to do so will invoke the spill spirit and for whatever reason the contents will exit the container...
