I'm around 5'6" . It brought the air flow up towards the top part of the helmet so I don't get as much wind buffeting noise and face shield stays cleaner from the bugs hitting above the helmet visor mostly . If it was 2-3" more inches taller so it was just below my vision when looking straight ahead it would probable get the flow clear over the helmet. rj

more hor devours econo-bob style
Added some tie down points to trunk and side case for strapping on a sleeping bag, tent ,jacket ,etc. Kept them off to the side so I can mount a roto-pak gas can on top of the trunk if need be.
Found a cheap 12v/ usb handle bar mount receptical so I put that on just for the fun of it for my GPS. rj http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-4-Pack-of-...a2a320&vxp=mtr |

If you are riding in remote places, it's very wise to carry a personal locator beacon (PLB). You can read my review of the ACR ResQLink PLB at the following link.
http://www.chinariders.net/showthread.php?t=14367 The ACR PLB summer rebate of $50 is now in effect until June 30, 2015. Make sure you purchase your ResQLink from a participating dealer. https://www.acrartex.com/media/13760...w-template.pdf

here are a few pics of the rally version made by the manufacturer distributing this beauty in Colombia.
this one has 21" and 19" alloy rims according to press release, for the commercially available version, front suspension is the adjustable one used on the special edition (the gold one) and comes standard with the LED headlight. Luggage is offered as an option. looks neat with that red saddle tho |

Over the course of 50+ years of riding, try one product, then another, then let us know what's never let you down. Then google each product and compare the sales pitches and decide which experience has shown is hype and which is closer to true. Then being the cheapskate, use Slime anyway so you can't get a patch to fix the hole Slime won't plug, a really bad way to figure out the oil-based Slime prevents repairs, so I can wave as I go by with 7 cactus spines, 3 briar spikes, two nails, a wood screw, and a rattle snake fang (all collected on my last trip to Chihuahua Desert) in my fully inflated tires that will have the tubes patched that evening because RideOn is water based and cleans the rubber tube for an even better bond when the tube is rinsed clean and dried. Not really well controlled scientific methodology, but yes, it's that much better. RideOn is actually free for me because the balancing effect and cooling effect makes my tires last far enough longer before wearing out the extra mileage pays for the RideOn. Even on my big truck the techs who have done the last 3 B-services have commented they have never seen such low wear rates on tires on any truck in our fleet. It's all RideOn's fault I won't have to spend $5500 on a good set of tires for a long, long, time. The tires on now are already 80k past normal wear out miles, and look like they have maybe another 120k to go. I've not had a heat/load related tire failure since installing RideOn 210,000 miles ago, and I used to have one about once a month to 6 weeks. If you do more off road than on, the ultra heavy duty tubes provide more area for any sealant to stick to, so, unless racing, use them. For street, regular heavy duty tubes seal better than standard tubes, but the UHD tubes are not recommended for street use.

Hi everyone ( from Turkey ) , my first message post, sorry my poor language and grammer, same as " Tarzan " style
Rx3 is very nice bike for my eyes^^ i hope better comfortable seat , im use a ZS177MM motor (zongshen) origin as Xmotos XZ250RM supermoto/cross or dirt bike version ,satisfied bike for me . 2011 model and i buy 0 kilometer on 2013 , 34mm dellorto carburator, and 5. gear version , power and torque is awesome for me. (but not economic, enemy of benzin/petrol 100km/liter = 5 - 6 liter if full thortle. if ride same a girl^^ 5.gear low rpm and 70-80kmh 3 liter max 100km) İ cant use services/maintenance period(i'm make all maintenance) , and i enjoyed bit modifcations, example double radiator panel have, but need a fan , i found "regal raptor" chinese cruiser radiator fan, and i mounted it on my bike manuel swith action only^^ basic. And this month, i think moto need "OİL COOLER" requested for me, because south turkey is in summer and very hot climate, and i think oil temperature very highly. Ok ""tarzan"" style mesaages end , and my bike, have nice days. Last edited by Co2; 12-18-2015 at 12:46 PM. |
