2022 KZ E20 Escape Hatch travel trailer aka Cheesy Manor 2.
https://www.kz-rv.com/products/escap...E20-HATCH.html
Brand new and loaded. Got a pretty good deal to get it off the lot but still a big chunk of change. I have to pick up the kid and her oldest on their return from S. Korea early next week, then shoot up to N.WI to pick up the ATV and help Dad clean up from last nights' storm. We'll pick it up on the 29th.

Chez Fromage Lite, the Viking pop up, is moving to Maine sometime next month.

Yup. I doubt I could fit the atv in there but plenty of room for a kayak.

Surprisingly, it comes with a bike rack that mounts over the tongue jack.

It also comes with an Off Grid/Off Road Package. That's a roof mounted 100W solar panel, circuitry, and controller. It's claimed to power all the lights and appliances. We'll see. The off-road stuff is heavy duty suspension, and some gnarly tires that would look nice on my Jeep.

We had looked at a bunch of rigs from pretty reasonable to Oh My God in price. We whittled that down to 5 before we'd left the dealer yesterday. The OMG rig was one of them. It was basically a bug out prepper outfit. Really nice but I'd probably need to buy a bigger pick up, which isn't gonna happen.

We worked that list down to two last night. The other was a Sunlite 21QB. It was cheaper than the KZ and had a few nicer features like dual propane tanks, a power tongue jack, larger stove top, an oven and power bunks. It also had less storage and counter space and fewer windows which were a big deal to Mrs.C.

Mrs.C is already planning the outfitting.

I'd rather have a smaller rig like that one but with the wife and daughter and all the toys, I needed the 28' footer. Even that gets a little packed. lol

Mrs.C bought a bunch of stuff for the trailer. I found a pair of lace up bike shoes for cheap and a mini LED troublelight. I still run toe clips on most of my bikes, shoes with the Velcro straps get hung up in the clips, which is always exciting. The little troublelight is to see under the dash in the Chevy. I may have had a rodent chewing on wiring. Little bastards.

Barking Collar for my daughters Lab. She's a year old and has been waking me up every morning for that past week at 2:00 and 3:00 in the morning barking non-stop at some stray cat. I ordered this one on Monday and came I yesterday. It works real well. You can set it up to either beep, vibrate, shock are all three. I also can be set at 7 different intensify levels. I first set it on all three at the lowest setting. She barked one time and never again. I then just set it to Beep and vibrate. She didn't bark the whole night. Well worth the $20 bucks. I tested it on myself (Not around my Neck, LOL) on my arm, it was a very light shock. Just enough to get her attention. Nothing like the old cattle prod or electric fence type shocking collars we had back in the day. I'll probably remove it after a few days to see if she will bark without it on. Next canidate will be the little yapper in the house. lol

Big tin can to keep stuff in. An upgrade. Last 72" they had they said as they are going to another more expensive (and uglier) model. Got it cheaper than I've ever seen one of these go for and I've been watching a few years now. Very pleased except my pliers drawer is shallower and I can't put pliers on the racks anymore. Have to organize them another way.

Jeez. If you weren’t in the southern hemisphere on the other side of the globe, I’d think the same guy serviced my Dad’s ATV.

The local Restore has knocked 50% off their prices before they move on the 19th. Picked up a barely used Intex inflatable 4 person rowboat for $35.

I was pre tripping my Magician yesterday before a ride and noticed I didn't have a sticker on my tag. I'm a snowbird, so I usually end up buying my new registrations in AZ and having to remember to put them in my vehicles when I get home.Turns out I couldn't find it, got an appointment with DMV and had to buy a new registration because I had not done it for 2023. While I was looking for the registration and sticker, I found one for my Ram 250 for 2021.
