Been eyeing one of these for a while now. Finally cashed in some Home Depot gift cards and got one. Neat, but pretty low powered. I didn't consider that it has NO ratcheting action or hold, pure impact power. Kind of cool but it won't replace anything I have already. I feel like it might be better than an electric in a very few applications. I'll have to try it on different stuff and see. Right now it looks like an electric ratchet is much more useful. This is 3/8". They also sell a 1/4" and I quite frankly can't picture that on being useful at all.

I've got a beat up up Snap On electric ratchet I prefer. And a Milwaukee as backup. Also all three sizes of electric impacts in both brands. I thought this one might fill a gap but it kind of doesn't. A pistol style impact or ratchet both seem better suited to most work.

That is a nice Milwaukie electric socket wrench. I think it's more powerful than the Makita RW01 that I got. I've had it for a few months. It is great for quick on/off, and acts like a standard ratchet as well, so you can loosen then spin off, or spin on then tighten. The light is activated when you pull the trigger, times out (maybe 5 seconds). Nice in dark areas inside engine bay or under the car. It came with the 2 and 4 Ah batteries, and they both last and last.

An electric ratchet is an excellent addition to the tool box.

after my cross-country adventure, my waterproof riding boots were in need of replacement. I just received a new pair of Forma ADV boots. Fit it slightly smaller and more snug than my Tourmaster boots and they are quite stiff. I'll have to figure out how to get them broken in.

Recently I bought a new table tennis rubber for my paddle. It's the Xiom Vega Pro and I'm really excited to try it out. I've been using the same rubber for a while now and I think it's time for an upgradefrom here. https://pingpongacademy.org/best-table-tennis-rubber/

For those of you who play table tennis, have you ever tried the Xiom Vega Pro? What do you think of it? I've heard it's a great all-around rubber with good spin and control.

Also, for those who are not familiar with table tennis rubbers, they are a key component of the paddle that can greatly affect the speed, spin, and control of the ball. Different rubbers have different characteristics, so it's important to choose the right one for your playing style.

Well this kind of stuff happens when you are laid up with a pull muscle in your back and the weather is perfect for riding but you can't. Lol
Laying in my recliner surfing the internet. I eventually ended up looking at what Venommotorsports had on there site. I was looking at the Venom E Vader and thought, That would be perfect for the campground. Well, you guess right. I ended up ordering a Black Venom E Vader. Oh boy, sure hope the wife likes it. Lol

Two books by Anne Hillerman. I'm glad she's following in her dads' footsteps.

How many nights in your marriage have you spent sleeping on the couch for your impulsive unilateral decisions?

How about what I didn't buy because I double checked before I hit 'Buy it now'.

Smart watch. The backlight quit working in mine. Or so I thought. Turned out that somehow or other I got into the settings and turned the backlight off. According to my other half, I thrash around in my sleep sometimes. Maybe, maybe she did it to mess with me.

Bicycling shoes. My Sh!tmano shoes are about shot. And, apparently, I got the soles a tad close to a campfire after one too many rums. Rooting around in a box of bike clothes, I found a brand new pair of Pearl Izuma shoes I bought, cheap, about 10 years ago at the end of the riding season. Put them away and forgot about them.

Saved a couple hundred bucks.

Spent some of the companies money. Tool bag, pressure gauge, and a tank of gas. Spent some of my own, too. Mother's Day present from Buster(he has no money, freaking free loader)and a second 5 ohm Tjet HO armature.

Note to self: Do not exceed 18VDC at the armature. It lets the smoke out.
