I use the K&N oil filters in Q. I got them for a smokin deal on Amazon years ago so I bought a half dozen.

I think I'm gonna get the Hiflo filters on Amazon. They have package deals.
Is the idle mixture screw the brass flat head screw on the opposite side of the fuel inlet on this bike?

Qlink/SSR Air filter
The original airbox isn't bad by any means and yours might not be affected by this issue, but the adapter boot on my SSR was slightly deformed and sometimes came detached from the box, where a long spring was used to compress the adapter on the airbox opening.
Being paranoid this would happen during a dusty ride, I removed the airbox and replaced with a standard UNI pod filter: it breathes a little better and is very easy to service. Servicing or tuning the carburetor is a bit easier as well. A trade-off to consider if doing this: the filter loses some shielding and protection from the elements. If your airbox seals nicely to the carb, you might simply drill some 1/2" holes on the top of the airbox to help the bike breathe a little better. However, you can do nothing to this bike and find that it is great without any mods. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/u...BoCE9EQAvD_BwE

Two questions guys.
1. My bike makes a clunking kinda noise cruising at any speed higher than 25 mph. It seems to be with or without throttle input. Is this normal for a motorcycle or should I call the dealer about it? Edit: it sounds kinda like this: Edit 2: Am I just a noob and not shifting correctly? I've been watching some videos and I think I might need to work on my shift technique. Can that also cause noises? 2. Gear 2 indicator flickers sometimes. It doesn't do this in any other gear. I found a wire in one of the connectors under the cluster that's loose and it seems to be that wire that is causing the flicker. Can anybody get me a wiring diagram so I can verify this?

Is the clunking only when shifting? I would take a look at the chain tension and lubrication first. The chain should have approximately 3/4" of play, check it with some weight on the bike. Lubricate the chain with a chain lubricant or chain wax. I would also definitely check the clutch cable tension, it could be over tightened. As with the tu250x, the clutch doesn't start to bite until you release the lever about 1/2 to 2/3 or the way.
I will look for info on the wiring, but each gear is represented by its own wire going to the guage cluster. The culprit is probably a loose connector behind the headlight.

Only clunking during steady cruise. It makes a clunk while shifting too but the during steady cruise is what concerns me.
I have sound clip of the noise. I apologise for the wind noise but you can still hear the noise in between shifts. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1z1n...w?usp=drivesdk I'll check the chain and the clutch. I already had to make a clutch cable adjustment once already but I'll look at it again. Edit: When adjusting the chain is it supposed to be 3/4" total or pulling the chain up or down?

Wiring guys help
Wondering if someone could take the time to do a rundown video of the wiring harness on the 2013-2015 ssrxf250 or even the later year models anything would help! Thanks

D0 you need to see just a specific area? I'm asking before I remove all my plastics and seat. My gauge cluster and headlight are all aftermarket so seeing that area of my bike might not do you much good.

I bought a stolen recovery bike with the main harness stripped off so I bought a new on but I’m completely lost when it comes to plugging everything in, at the moment my bike has all the plastics off as well as seat and gas tank

I GPS'd my bike today. The speedo is way off. Like 30 MPH off. 80 MPH indicated is about 55 MPH GPS. How do I get it somewhat closer?
