Joe,

Is CSC planning to attend any of the Progressive Motorcycle Shows?

http://www.motorcycleshows.com/

A fellow on another forum has asked if CSC will be attending the show in Phoenix, coming next February.

We're working our way through that now. As always, it's a balancing act. We compare what it will cost to how many motorcycles we will sell as a result. We'll probably be there, but we haven't confirmed it yet.

The CSC Blog reports a fellow rode his Zongshen RX3 a distance of 30,000 kilometers from China, to England. He will complete his ride in Barcelona, Spain, after traveling a distance of 20,000 miles.

The CSC Blog also reports a special introductory offer for Canadian buyers of the RX3. Check out the details at the following link.

Yes, RJMorel in Washington State is the fellow who manufactures the rotating foot pegs. He has a thread in the Free Classifieds Forum.

Thanks to forum member Katflap for posting the following image, at the following link.

http://www.chinariders.net/showpost....postcount=4302

The indicator lights on the right of the dashboard are covered with a film which contains silhouettes for the turn signal arrows, et cetera. If we remove that piece of film, the indicator lights should be much brighter. We will lose the symbols, but we know the colors for each symbol, so the symbols aren't really necessary.

Top Green: Turn Signals
Blue: High Beam Indicator
Yellow: Low Fuel Warning
Bottom Green: Neutral
Red: Engine Warning Light, DTC Indicator

I am assuming the indicator lights are colored LEDs. If the LEDs are white, then removing the film obviously will be a bad idea.

Rx3

This is a good "info-tainment" vid - but pay particular attention to timemark 1:25 to 2:00 - If you've read Joe's 5000@8000 you'll recall this same mindset. I thought it was interesting.

Thanks for the vid, DPL096. I agree; I'd rather not have a larger, heavier bike on the trails.
