Yes, the 300 kit can be installed with the engine in the frame. NzB's pic is a lot more stripped than necessary. Getting too the engine was more time consuming than installing the kit. The actual engine work was simple.

rj, I JUST got enough room to install it in the frame and had it dangling by the rear mount. NZ, unless I blew past it, what happened with the new stepper motor? That's my only complaint is that mine is still stalling. It's like a curse....

I'm about to help a friend to do a top end job in his bike. We're going to try to do it with the engine in frame.

When you say "rear mount" is that the rear swingarm axle? Or the two mounting of the engine to the frame just below it? Regards Juanro |

Gently wire brush the crud of the stepper motor nose, brake clean and cotton wool down in the hole where the passages and stepper motor nose meet/meter etc. Steppers are fairly common and TMAP sensors too for not working correctly. |

Yeah, I got mine from him and would recommend it. All the parts and gaskets you will need. And none of the insanity of that Taobao site.

Yes, that's a big +1. NzB sends all the parts you'll need and then some. Great value you don't get elsewhere. You buy from NzB you will not have to order other parts. |
