After you ride for 30 minutes, does the kickstarter engage properly, or does it still go half way?
Also, how long has it been since you last ran the bike? Maybe you just need to clean or replace the plug & drain the old fuel out of the carb & tank. Those won't help the kickstarter problem, but they will make it easier to start.

well the kickstart was still the same, but it crunk after about 10-15 kicks after running 30+ minutes. it seems like the kickstart's compression is really weak

Hi hi_dan

First question, I have for you is What brand bike do you have?
Second question, do you know that there is some play in every kickstart mechanism on every kickstart system on any engine?
There is a particular way to start most of these bikes with the kickstart after the engine reaches the compression stroke. You can't just start at the top of the kickstart's stroke and kick it. First you need to move the kickstart lever till it catches and then kick it after taking it through the compression stroke of the engine....Basically the same way you would kickstart an old Harley Davidson.

Well.... on the "Certificate of Origin" it says ... make is John Way... series is gy200.
year = 2005
cylinder = 1

so i guess its a 200 GY... it looks the same, just the plastic looks a tad different on design..

Only problem Is.... all the rubber made peices on the bike... Dry & Crack.
after 2 years they are all broken, and I need to find a place to buy parts.

If anyone can give me a good website where I can purchase the parts i'd appreciate it!

I need - Battery Cage, Intake Manifold, Fuel line, plastic peices(maybe), all new rubber made peices( except for the handgrips( they are still in good condition o.O ) ... and some good tires too would be a plus.
