Unfreakinbelievable price on the Killer. One of the best all around bikes. I've had 2, but the older style. this new model is much improved.

reply from bandit
(Thanks for the feedback. We'll take a look at the Pitster Pro 400 and see what we can determine. They are most likely importing direct on their own which allows them to have a lower price - if they want. Also, our DS-400A model is available from China but we don't really know of anyone importing it at this time. We know which factory makes them and how much they cost from China, but we're not an importer any more... so we can't sell one to you at this point anyways. Our posted price is arbitruary since we don't even know how much one would cost from a domestic supplier... But we'll check out the PP-400 anyways... ( - ; Thanks, Jim J... ) |

Their understanding of "in stock" hmmm....something got lost in the translation I think.
I had a dr650 (1991) and it was a blast but also to much for just fun trail riding I'm still looking for that drz400 I guess.I wont be able to get one anytime soon with things the way they are now though. I'd only be willing to start looking at a china bike if it costs half or less than a comparable jap bike until they prove their worth. If they want to sell them then they need to bring them over or just drop them all together. |

That is the bike that Bruce (EJCycles) have check out at a dealer show. He reported some minor issues and that the overall quality was mediocre.
Good ideas with poor execution maybe. Still no one has actually ridden or put any miles on one of those and reported that I know of. Allen

I'm not diggin' the water-cooled aspect. The old XR400 bikes ran great with just an oil cooler and no rad to damage in the bush.
