It can be done, anything can be done with enough time and tools.... i did a supermoto conversion on my Roketa, which is a similar frame, but with USD forks and a rear disk brake setup from the factory... that was surprisingly easy to convert to supermoto trim with a pair of kawasaki ninja 250 rims...

Big ones, one 16 and other 19 with cross combo. But I need only slick for the kart track and the best size for that.

I would think a 16 or 17 inch combo might be best, unless you are specifically trying to make it into a "pit bike" style supermoto... then the frame may be too big for it to look "right"... i went 16" due to kawasaki ninja 250 rims being the perfect size width wise for the swingarm and forks, and took minimal modification to run them on my bike...

forfun, here is the thread where i kinda documented how i did the swap for my bike...it was as simple as swapping out a set of wheel bearings, making a few spacers, and bolting it up.... you bike may be harder due to having the rear Drum brakes if i recall... it could possibly be swapped to a rear disc as well though...

Thx for the link I will read it tonight before go sleep
So i was today like 30 min in the garage and take the stator part away and the e starter. It's look good. When I have more time I will do the other side and take all apart and maybe i wash all part and oiled all before put everything together again. I think my clutch or my kickstarter didn't work while if I run the engine manuallyits work perfectly. Need to look. Can someone tell my if the frame is a replica frame of something or is only a China frame ? |

Here's a clue to the origin of your frame: http://www.chinariders.net/showthread.php?t=12476

New updates.
I take aparte the side and the top part of the engine a the weekend and The valve pushrod or what is name is was in the engine in. When I put the top part apart... Just Cylinder and Piston broken and everything is in the gearbox fll. I hope gearbox is still okay. I buy a other complete engine for 20 euros with a crack in the side. I can replace it with mine site and do a Frankenstein with both engines. I hope it will work |

That sucks. I haven't seen a failure like that.
