Thank you all for the advice. I contacted txpowersports.com and they are sending me a new stator, new CDI, and new coil. I believe I've narrowed it down to a bad stator. It was putting out power but not enough. I was kind of bummed out at first, but hey people built it so people will break it. Just excited to ride again.

Not sure if these are the same CDI as your bike, but you get the idea. You can eliminate portions of the harness at the CDI for diagnostic purposes.

I'm sure Dan is a nice guy, but he is still talking about adjusting ignition points....can't remember the last time I saw a set of points.
Neato comment. Made me feel bad. I just put in a new set of points on my Cub Cadet 114 just this spring.

I got a stator put in today. Fired right up. One thing I did notice is when I put the cover back on, it was tough to get the bolts tightened up. Hoping there not cross threaded, cant imagine trying to drill and tap the case.
