Got the tank all painted and looking fresh. The camera doesn't do it justice.

Now for sprockets, this will work? I wanted to ask before I order...

Rear 45T
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0068O5W3M

Front 17T
https://www.amazon.com/JT-Sprockets-...ilpage_o09_s00

Do I need both? I would like to get more out of the bike for highway (65mph) I've seen you guys recommend it, just wanted to make sure before purchase. This gives the bike a 2.65/1 ratio

Thanks.

You didn't notice the stock level on Amazon. The front sprocket would be JTF259.17. I went 16/44wich is about the same.

For reference:

The exhaust header is a M8 x 1.25 nut

The carb header is a M6 x 1.00 nut

You must have read my mind! I was about to pull one of each off to take to the hardware store for replacements.

I bought this one

http://www.ebay.com/itm/281856019387...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

looks identical but only $9. I installed it a week ago and am waiting a few more rides before I decide if it's staying. It seems to give it more in the mid range but it is a tad bit harder to start.

Hold off until I receive a KITACO. The KITACO is one of two I've seen dyno tested proof makes any improvement. I'm skeptical of all of them, but, wanted a spare CDI just in case. If it works no better than stock, I've only paid a few dollars too much for a spare.

Thanks guys, will do. Has any one changed out their clutch/brake levers? I was thinking of getting a universal kit, but I'd much rather just replace the lever.

I did some digging and the pivot bolts are the same as a Kawasaki dirt bike lever. These are OEM for our levers.

So I fab'd my new tail light bracket. This tail light has integrated turn signals. I just made a card board mock up and then cut some 22G steel then bent it. I drilled two holes for the wiring harness. I also had to cut the weld on the old mounting point for the old tail light and bent it down to fit my bracket. I used 4 metal screws and drilled through the bracket and frame.

I had an issue, all lights work except the parking lights or the night lights. I tried connecting the new (only one wire for the parking lights) tail light to the old tail light parking light wire and nothing, I also tried the license plate light and nothing. However, when I connect that parking light wire straight to the battery it worked perfectly. Anyone have any ideas? I tried a resistor but it still didn't work. I don't understand. I also tested the parking light and license plate light wire, that comes from the bike, with a volt meter and it's getting 12.3V. So I'm lost. Here's some pics of how it came out. The finished product is looks better. I didn't take pics because I'm exhausted lol.

Note: Brake light and turn signal lights work perfectly. So I'm super lost. Thanks guys.

I installed one of these. I had trouble finding out which one was negative as I remember it.
