I think any biz that buys enough of a chinese brand can have their own name labeled on them. :?:

Hyosung, but I think some guys on here said it's Korean.

On the button, our now defunct major importer had theirs badged BTS, British Trackstar, and a local dealer has his badged TEC.

Savage and Czowner are correct. Anyone who buys a few bikes can pick thier own name, as well as graphics. I brought a container load in and was asked to think of a name. I also whipped up some graphic design for the plastic covers . I sent them the ideas I had , they made them just the way I wanted.
I received my bikes they looked great I went back to the factory web page and saw my graphics on thier web page . They removed the name I chose but coppied the decal design.
When I designed the graphics I added a little maple leaf on the logo , its still in the factory photo.
The only real way to tell who is who, is to check the V.I.N. tag. It should have the factory name.
