It's an excellent walnut cracker. Also works well for stubborn snaps on a cowboy dress shirt.

Apparently the Kawasaki needle bearings aren't any tougher than walnuts or stubborn snaps on a cowboy dress shirt.

linkage bearings that cant be pressed through are the worst, just about need a oxy-acetylene setup to get the linkage hot enough to get those outer casings to push back out

Fortunately, my CRF250X doesn't present a problem in that regard. I'm sure my vise and the Motion Pro tool will be sufficient for my suspension maintenance requirements.

Been there. Those are the times that only hydraulics will get the job done.

I used the Motion Pro tool on Wednesday, and it worked great!

I removed the swingarm on my CRF250X in order to inspect, clean and grease the entire rear suspension. I was prepared to replace any worn bearings I might find.

I replaced the needle bearing and collar for the lower shock mount in the linkage knuckle, as shown in the following thread.

For a cost of $27, the Motion Pro tool certainly made the job much easier.
