I'm familiar with TÜV certification; we see it on equipment from Europe quite often. They sure seem to get worked up over a 125cc motorcycle, but the by-product is that there are very few unsafe vehicles on the road in Germany, as I understand it. Mandatory inspections in NA are at the specific State or Province discretion, and I've seen plenty of vehicles that should not be on the road.

Perhaps there's a balance in there somewhere...

I was wrong about the footpegs on the black belgian bomber. Every 125 Cobra has the footpegs mounted on the frame like shown, every 50 Cobra has them mounted underneath the engine like mine.

@Weldangrind, you're absolutely right, i really appreciate working brakelights on the vehicle ahead of me. And working brakes on the vehicle behind me too.
But when the TÜV guys send you home with a bill of 60€ and with no seal because your rear view mirror is 1cm to small in diameter, i consider it comedy. Once i'm Bundeskanzler, a change is gonna come...

Just came home from a short ride watching the flood on rhine river. Cobra runs well, engine starts in a second, front break works great, exhaust is comfortable quiet, seat is a pain in the a***, shifting gears is like shunting railway waggons and the chinese use soya sauce as chain lube. So what? I decided to call it personality.

Hi Oliver,

I told my father in law. Lets drink a beer, but I only have one bottle for the both of us! You should have seen his face when he saw the 3 liter bottle.

I sure do know the Bremerhof. This comming weekend I will be a the Nürburgring for Rock am Ring. I am not going to the concert though. I will only be staying at the camping Fischer with some of friends. I will drive home on sunday, but don't know at what time I will be at home. @Eric, sorry, i expressed myself incorrectly, what i meant was Sunday the 16th of june. My girlfriend is from Weilerbach and the weekend of 15th/16th we're at her place. Most weekends we're at my place near Mainz.

if i can pour out the perfect head on a 64 oz growler, you can figure out a 3L pour....LOL its only 1/3 more in the bottle....
