Well for now I went with the button head bolts and think it will be fine.
I got my compressor all set up and just need to change the oil and repair the little bit of slop in the rear end (shock linkage) it looks like the bushings are a little worn so a couple of kits will be ordered for that. Sometimes I miss my simple reliable chinablaster but then it never did or will ever have the power/speed the 660 has. Sold it to a coworker and hope to get him and his family up riding in the trails all legal like instead of dodging the cops in the city (i have another blaster frame  ) |

So, China Blaster II is in your future?
I've found that I can't get suspension links apart (or together) without a hydraulic press. Do you have access to one?

CB2 could happen although I'd really like to put a yamaha RD200 engine in a blaster frame.
I might be able to use the 50T press at work if needed. |

I'm pretty happy right now.
I had bought some wrap around barkbusters for a little added protection in case I tag something but the kit didnt come with the proper size wedges and I knew i had some but where........I found them after racking my brain and looking thru the 300ex parts tub which made me very happy. I hope I dont need to use a press to do the rear end work rhis weekend. |

I'm in michigan southeast corner so we have to drive alittle over 100 miles north to get to the closest legal trails but once up north there are a lot of awesome trails around.
St.Helen is about the middle of lower michigan 2/3rds of the way up it is a sandy ride spot for the most part with a mix of wide somewhat boring snowmobile trails to the tighter tree lined atv trails I prefer. We didnt go there at all last year, to busy exploring other places but its a good place to start the season riding. |

Yeah it's just St.helen not Mt. ST helen's.
It's a small little town in northern lower michigan. See no volcano's there just lots of sand to kick up. |

I summited Mt. Saint Helens, long after it had erupted. I understand it was a beautiful climb before the eruption blew away the top, 1,300 feet of the mountain. 8O
Here's the current view from the summit, looking into the caldera. Spud

Washington's Unofficial State Motto:
"Our mountains blow". It sure is an interesting place to visit though.

So we went up for the day and it was fun the ATV's ran well although we were on the edge of overheating because the wife couldnt seem to ride faster than 10-15 mph.
I had to retighten my rack bolts. There was a lot of flooding and this jeep cherokee got stuck out in the middle of the huge puddle. |

That looks like a terrific place to ride. I covet your trailer.
