Humanbeing, you're awesome. If you're ever in BC, I'd like to buy you a beer.

Hey Humanbeing, can you please tell us what these symbols mean? E1, PC, E, IGN (my guess is ignition power), EXT and SW

Thank you very much. After a little searching online, I found the answer, and was able to sort out my wiring. I'll post about it soon.

HB, how would I search for this CDI harness? I specifically want the rounded four pin that has two green wires, not one.

Chinese calls that 4 pin as DJ7041-2.3-20 officially
Example of that 7041 family http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=14816193977 DJ7041Y-2.3-21 (Left) 2.3 stands for 2.3mm | Terminal example: http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=16419446610 DC-090: http://www.cycleterminal.com/motorcycle-connectors.html --- Use these http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=25759660491 OR crimp some "2.3" to build whatever u want. In my rusty memory, i don't remember ANY Honda based chinese CDI uses both ground. Key OFF in DC CDi = cuts +12V ONLY http://www.mobile01.com/topicdetail.php?f=266&t=2234502 or BOTH +12v & PC Key OFF in AC CDi = as #20

Thanks for the links. My Roketa has two green wires, as pictured above. If I use one of the two spare CDI's I have, I cannot shut off the engine. The pinout is different, and they need a connection to the other terminal. I'll convert all of my China machines to use both ground terminals, so I can swap CDI's as necessary.

I need to order a new master cylinder (with mirror mount), hose (preferably braided) and caliper. Can you help me find what I need? Below is what I have:

Also, can you help me find a new speedometer (in km/h) and shift indicator / signal indicator / high beam indicator? I wrecked mine when I splashed it with brake cleaner.

The front brake for my Zongshen 200GY-2 looks very similar to yours, Weld. I just ordered a spare from Taobao.com, so I know you can get one.

Of course. Here is a link to the complete front brake assembly.
http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=...02&ns=1#detail I recently bought a spare master cylinder for the front brake. http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=...55&ns=1#detail Those are the first items I found; you might be able to find a better prices.
