Huh! ??? There are probably a dozen members here that bought one and insured, plated, registered Templar X. Mine included. In fact, I plated two of them, sold the 6 speed.

And the buyer transfered the title, insured, registered and plated it.

The seller I was looking at described it as a "dirt bike". If that is what the paperwork describes it as being, I'm pretty sure it won't be street legal in Hawaii.

Technically it's not street legal but people have gotten them registered and plated just like the older Hawks. Hawaii will probably be one of those states that won't tag them just like California. The Lifan KPX 250 on the other hand is 50 state legal.

FWIW, when I bought my hawk, initially the MCO said "dirt bike". I had them provide me with another MCO which stated "motorcycle". States are very different though....
