Creating a custom rear axle adjustors or the TT250/Hawk250 etc

ok to cnc the part:
estimates: 150 xometry, 180 local, 250 shop, 350 shop

I looked for tube or channel aluminum/steel - nothing that would fit.

I settled on 2x1inch alum angle.its 1/8inch thick.
with 9/16 step bit it matched perfect.

I used the 3D printed model to line up the hole. I guess this was an expensive 75$ part.
