I wonder what rear sprocket it comes with? Also, countersprocket? It looks far more streetable than the Hawk, but the aggressive off-road look is what makes the Hawk more appealing to me. The smaller tank could be a deal killer for me as far as the Magician goes, however. But, the more I look at it, the more I want it...

It looks like it would be a fun simple bike. No fuss, just get on it and ride to the 7-11 for a Slurpee.

Since it is inspired by a trials bike, the shifter is set back from the shifter shaft; the result is that the shifter requires spherical rod end linkage to move the shifter position. I had that on an old Hummer dirt bike like that and it was very poorly engineered. This linkage could be top shelf, but I would be prepared to swap out the stock spherical rod ends for higher quality units.
