I'm from SE PA, lots of Pennsylvanians here!

A good deal for sure, but I don't think you will be able to register it. I posted in your other thread. Worth a shot, though. Definitely post up some photos.

I'm a native Pennsylvanian myself. I worked for PennDOT during the summer while I was attending Penn State. I'm well familiar with the PennDOT Nazis; I fear you will not get that bike licensed for the street in the PRP (Peoples' Republic of Pennsylvania). :(

cheap bike

i also am skeptical that the bike might not have a stator to power the lights,,,but still a good deal on a dirtbike.

I agree. That's a good deal for a 223cc dirt bike. Please post photos. We would love to see the bike, even if you decide to sell it later.

Well it has an electric starter on it with a battery unless bikes are different from cars and can run a starter without a alternator. Idk the dealer at work swares it can be titled but im still gonna take it to penndot and ask. The title says certificate oo origin has year make model date vin manufacure and thats it and its on title paper not like printer paper. It does not say anywhere orv off road only or compatition only. And he said the street bikes he sold all looked the same. But all I can do is take it to penndot tell them whats going on and see what happens.

Thanks for posting the photos, Diz. Also, thanks for exercising the courtesy to keep the photos from being too large. However, you can easily increase the size of those photos by 4 times. The 4X larger photos will be easier to examine, and they will still be small enough to keep the thread readable for others.

The thumbnails are fine. You may be able to get it registered, but the manufacturer will have to be on the "list".
