Those ammo boxes look really good! I bought two last year for the same reason; now I just need to find the right bike.

So I came across another china bike from the same friend. Only had 6 miles when I got it, was laid down of its first ride and stored away since on a stand. So after changing the fluids, fixing the seized choke cable, a good once over on the bolts, she kicked up on the second try. Now it's parked at 18 miles...awaiting some more preventative maintenance and new tags. Renting a trailer to get it back home tomorrow. First time to use the hitch on the scion tC for anything other than a bike rack!

Looking forward to riding this for a while, the weather i Tx permits year round riding. It's funny how none of my friends refuse to accept there are other brands than name brand. I know it's a clone with many flaw but the price of free and being mechanically inclined, working part time at ace hardware, and being a full time student I'll take all I can in efforts to have fun with a new hobby that saves me on fuel and get me back into riding.

Free?! 8O

Wow!

Nice pics too, BTW.

Nothing wrong with a clone. You won't get to the top of the hill first, but you'll get there. Lots of little things to fix and modify but that can be fun too.

Enjoy the ride. 8)

Free is the best price! Congratulations on acquiring your "new to you" motorcycle!

Yep, I'm lucky to have such a good friend. He took the bikes as a partial trade for something a while back, but never bothered with picking them up until recently. When he saw my interest in the china bikes he said I could have them. He is a die hard Suzuki guy, which I can understand. I've done a lot of work on his 4x4 project but thats just what I do for fun.

Low miles!
