If you look through the Tao Tao US website, and read the fine print on some of the specs on their models, some of them don't quite match the name. For instance, they have a ATA-135D model which the specs state have a 110cc engine. My guess is when they are assembling a certain line of bikes, they will grab whatever engine is available if they run out of a certain one. I think someone brought up having a smaller engine a couple months ago with their Tao Tao quad if I remember correctly, than what they thought they were supposed to have (that member might have bought it used as a project quad).
Here is the site for Tao Tao's US lineup:http://www.taotao.us/ Here is a '250' model with a 200cc engine (according to the specs) http://www.taotao.us/index.cfm/atvs/ata-250e/ Another one: http://www.taotao.us/index.cfm/atvs/ata-250d/ Here is a '125' with a 110cc spec engine http://www.taotao.us/index.cfm/atvs/ata-125e1/ Their oddball named '135' with a 110cc engine in the specs http://www.taotao.us/index.cfm/atvs/ata135-d/

Here is a video where the guy who owns one stated the 125cc bikes are 110cc bikes, but I don't know if that is across the line for all their quads, or just a few models, or when they run out of 125cc engines?
