I picked up an 82 YZ125 and compare the engine space to my GY thinking the same as you for a trail bike.
It would have required major frame cutting to get it in place, but could be done. The 200 is only 16hp, but has alot of low end power. I max out at 72 with street gears and can usually maintain about 50 on steep hills Allen
