Well its about 64 for sure measured it several times. So either its miss-labeled or has a different stroke. so should I get a gasket for the 200 and does anyone know of a dealer that stocks parts in St. Louis MO area ? |

Well here's my first attempt at a home made head gasket. I still need to figure out the fire ring probability won't last long without it. I'm going to pick up a hollow punch set for my next attempt I'm trying to get this thing running for Labor Day weekend. Too late to wait for China shipments if I could even find the part. If anyone knows of a US supplier that might have this let me know.

if your bore is 64mm I wonder if someone slapped a 200cc in it at some point.... can you measure the stroke, I.e. the hight of the barrel with the piston down in it, as in bottom dead center?

head bolt torque
Anyone have a guess as to what to torque the head bolts to? and what is the valve clearance?

Just search Google for CG125 specs; that'll answer your questions.

Well its been a wile I never installed my home made gasket but I got Cometic to male me one out of copper. Unfortunately ,I have found the reason the original gasket blew. Their is one striped stud and one striped head bolt I am going to try to heli coil the block but I need to find a set of shouldered head bolts has anyone seen any of these around (disregard the stud that's its screwed on to)

Looks the same as those used on the air cooled CG200/250 engines but measurements would confirm that. May also be the same as the real Honda CG engines.
