I have an 83 page parts diagram for your bike. (Pushrod engine). Its about 3 meg so I can't post it here but Private Message me with your email address if you want it.
Here are parts diagrams for my bike. I think its the same as your except it has an OHC engine.. http://www.skyteamcanada.com/200cc_M...cle_Parts.html An interesting thread about a similar bike... http://pnwriders.com/motorcycle-talk...dtf-200-a.html A possible source for parts... http://www.alpha-sports.com/um_parts...d-motors-parts

there is a shop here local that sells scooters and used to sell china bikes atv's. no longer sell bikes or atv's but sells crap outta scooters. i stopped in and brought my rear brake assembly to see if he had anything. no luck as he no longer deals with the bikes.
he did have several jap dirt bikes in there though, so i tried matching up to one of those and none had same bolt pattern. they were either spaced to far or not far enough. the closest being an 07 kx450.. it was bout 1/8" off. he had a cr and it was way off. not come cross a xr yet to compare. but here is the measurement... maybe you guys can match something up.. |

The schematics on one of the links above shows that it's a piston with rubber seals. Maybe it can be taken apart and rebuilt. By the way, the part number for the complete assembly is 252-0008A. This can be found through the above links also.

i took another stab at bleeding the system as i just couldn't believe it was bad with virtually zero use. this time i did it a lil different. split caliper and removed piston from bore completely. cleaned all that up and filled bore with fluid.. then pushed piston back in and forced fluid back into master cyl. removed piston again and refilled bore and forced more thru. repeated this bout 5 or 6 times. put caliper back together and installed pads. stuck a wrench tween pads and bled standard way and pretty much instantly felt pressure building. bled remaining air from system and is working correctly now.
fixin to put back on back and test... will report back afterwards. totally forgot pics! |

Good news! I still don't understand how it makes pressure now and it didn't before, but I hope it works well for you.
