Ok, so I have been working on the bike for a while now. It is on the road but who knows how safe.

Thanks to Ascot500 I have some new shiny sprockets to play with. I am putting in the 17T front sprocket and the size of it gets in the way of the cover plate. I will be grinding down the curved section you see on the left side. http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/...psgxxhvcd5.jpg
Here is the 17T installed and you can see how much room is left in that area.

It doesn't appear to be rubbing on anything at the moment but I will be checking that regularly.

As I had previously noted I used an old 69 Honda CT90 Trail rear hub. I do not think its doing the job safely. Here is a pic of it, just looks like its not mating right. I can feel a slip and wobble in the rear around corners and while riding at times. the slip or wobble doesnt happen often but I can feel it when it does. http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/...pscnhv2lka.jpg
Does anyone have suggestion on where I can get new wheels and tires.
Front: wheel- 17x1.4 tire- 2.5x17 Rear: wheel- 17x1.85 tire 2.75x17.

Last piece is my speedo jumps by large amounts while I am riding. Doesnt matter if I am accelerating or cruising. I jumps around then settles down. seems to accurately get 35mph but anything lower or higher it bounces like mad. Not sure what I can do to calm that. I have replaced cable since the old was was missing. greased the cable. Will check the gears in the front wheel hub. Also it seems to jump more or less in different gears. Not sure how to explain it.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
