i actually experienced the opposite (arizona elevation), i went from a 20-30 and had issues with cold starts, back down to 20 solved it.

is there a pilot screw people are swapping out the stock one with?? im using the one that came with the Mikuni carb i would think the stock one should work fine?

When I had the stock carb on, I had to adjust it everytime I rode. Switched to the Mikuni and haven't had to touch it.

I have one of these on my Hawk key. Works for body panels and the seat too.
