Here's a tune for sea level on a CSC TT250:
Stock bike with emissions removed and a Nibbi PEZ28 carburetor fitted. Idle jet - 38 Air screw 1 1/4 Maine jet - 115 Needle position 3 My bike @6800': 2023 Hawk 250 JFG Exhaust from Amazon Thin steel head gasket from MotoCult Nibbi PE28FL Air/Fuel Mixture: 1.25 - 1.5 turns out Pilot: 38 Needle: Keihin JJH middle position Main: 105

-2024 CSC TT250, stage 3 motocult kit, Nibbi PE28FL with custom-made cable controlled choke, modified stock muffler (larger diameter tailpipe), custom oil cooler installation with relocated stock evaporative emissions canister, oversized stainless steel footpegs, IMS folding tip shifter, a few little blingy bolts and bits. More personal preference mods to come. |
