And there wouldn't be. You'd need to change the wire from the coil to the plug to see an improvement. It's easy; peel back the boot and the wire simply unscrews from the coil. Just make sure to buy an NGK plug wire that suits your particular plug (stud vs. post type).

I was thinking maybe an over-rich condition except you have not made any changes to the carb. I would then be inclined to agree with others that think it is electrical in nature.
PS You recently moved, correct? Is there a difference in elevation? How old is the gas? |
