That is a nice looking bike. Is the tool tube a former welding rod holder?

Great minds think alike.
I employ the Harbor Freight Welding Rod Holder as a tool tube on the skid plate of my XR650L. The tube gets sand blasted by the front wheel, so I declined to paint it. However, I don't think the orange color looks too bad with Honda Fighting Red.

Also, I found the front wheel 21" with a 90/90/21 tire, it seems to me will fit but not sure the disc brake (little too short). By the way, four spokes are missing. The seller asks $138 as it, I think too expensive .What you think?

I don't think that front wheel will fit your Zongshen ZS200GY-2. I think you probably need a 21-inch wheel designed for the Roketa DB-06, part #DB-06-200-05-58.
http://www.roketa.com/product/parts_...G%20ASSEMBLY(5) You can lace the 18-inch rim to the rear hub. However, you will need to order custom spokes from Buchanan's Spoke & Rim.
