Oh, btw, deputygene...do you have any info on how to operate the alarm system? Didn't come with a blasted manual!

Thanks!

A big 10-4 to be lucky, getting new bikes for x-mas! I also get to see my son learn to ride, I can't wait.
No idea on the alarm, mine doesn't have one. Mine came with a manual, for a zong shen bike, I assume that is who made it. They are known as a pretty good manufacturer though, so I am happy.

Hey, deputygene, no prob. Hey, you know...I go to work at 4pm and leave at 2am. When I got home this morning at about 2:30am, the MSO was waiting for me. I guess the mail man delivered it right after I left. Guess where I'll be tomorrow! At the DMV...and hitting the road afterwards!

Well, gang, it's official. My bike is now registered. I has a blast cruising around the neighborhood. It's a bit chilly out here in Colorado. Guess I didn't notice much...I was having too much fun!

My bike is not DMV approved, yet. The dealer called the local DMV office, and if it passes inspection, I can get it registered. The local DMV inspectors are good guys, hopefully they will make it by the dealers soon. The dealer has my MSO and is going to try to get it signed when the inspectors come by.

Hey, good luck, bud. Hope you get that all taken care of so you can ride it on and off the road! That bike looks like it has "good times" written all over it!

Went by my buddies where I have it stashed tonight! Couldn't resist starting it up and riding around the yard a lap or two. Luckily my duddy rides bikes also.

Cool! Must've been great being in the saddle. Well, we got TONS of snow here in Colorado, so it'll be a few days before I ride again.

Yep, the wife don't know yet about the "bigger" bike yet. I got a tag I tied to the handlebars, says To Gene, From Santa. Think that will work?

I can't wait to get the boy riding on the 100. It rained here (NC) hard fri, was sunny and clear today. Another clear warm day and I will be good to go! I will be working night shift the 24th, hope I can stay up a good while Christmas day.

Also, I just went to Tanks website. Looks like my bike is history, along with the 250cc bike. They now show a 110cc and 200 cc dirtbike, no dual sport bikes.

I do like the looks of the Vision 250 S1

Hey....I hope it's not your last Christmas! Hope the Mrs. doesn't "kill" you! hahahha! Man, that new bike looks cool. I'm gonna check it out some more. I like Tank (the company). They are making some good noise in the China bike market. NC, huh? Cool! I was out there last month visiting the folks in Salisbury. It's nice country. Anyway, bud....have a great holday! And let me know how "Santa's present" goes over with the wife!

Wow! Small world! I live just outside Salisbury.
I hope I make it without my buddies having to respond to the domestic disturbance at my house!
The new Tank dirtbikes are priced pretty good. I may think about getting one of the street bikes a little later. Although my bike has been discontinued, my dealer says he has had good luck with Tank getting parts for other discontinued models.
I will try to post some pics of the big day later.
I hope you and your family have a nice Christmas.

Got the bikes moved at around 4:00am. Started raining a light drizzle. Hope it lets off and dry's up some.
